pv10 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the pv10 platform. By registering for or using any pv10 service, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pv10 platform (including the website, mobile application, and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the pv10 platform immediately. pv10 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users regardless of location, device, or method of access.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register a pv10 account.
- Each individual is permitted to hold one account only.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Pv10 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
Password & Login Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility.
- Report any unauthorised access to the pv10 support team immediately.
- Use a unique, strong password to keep your account secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Pv10 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the pv10 platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of pv10's systems.
- Committing payment fraud, including the use of credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
- Opening multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses offered by pv10.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Uploading or distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others through the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary. pv10 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the pv10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank, and other local payment methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Key things to note about payments:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set on the platform and may change without prior notice.
- Deposited funds may only be used by the registered account holder. pv10 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of a third party's payment method.
- All withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
- Pv10 reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by third parties (including banks or e-wallet providers) are solely the user's responsibility.
Pv10 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonus cashback is not permitted under any circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Pv10 provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pv10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss. pv10's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the pv10 platform are the exclusive property of pv10 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from pv10.
Account Suspension & Closure
Pv10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, failed identity verification, suspected fraud, account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, or at the request of law enforcement. In cases of account closure due to a breach, pv10 reserves the right to freeze all associated funds while an investigation is conducted.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The pv10 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. These links do not imply endorsement or approval by pv10. pv10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Pv10 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notices or email to registered users. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
